WB 4.5 & auto-hide the taskbar

I like to auto-hide my taskbar, but with certain skins I have all sorts of trouble getting it to "pop up." i.e. I might have to float the mouse just above the bottom of the screen.

Is there a specific setting & should change, or a tweak I can apply to the problem skins?

Please try upgrading to WindowBlinds 4.6. Which skins are you using that produce this issue?

Reinstalled and upgraded with no relief using "Longhorn Slate" & some others. "Dlinks 3.0" works by the way.

Also does Stardock Central do somethin @ windows startup that would lock me out of the taskbar for a while? I get a busy icon(hourglass) & can either wait several minutes or kill SDMCP.exe to actually start using my PC.
