It's been a while since I submitted a problem to Stardock [which is a good thing!]. But today when I did [WB5 beta not installing] i got a email with a case number and a website link where I could track it.

Great site, great support, great applications!

how can I log in? do I use WC or the Store login?

When you create a case/ticket/incident you enter your email. I think they use that along with a generated password. I sent an email and the new autoresponse had that data.

It would be nice if they used WC or OD id and password. Tracking my history will be harder if every report is a new ID/password pair.
