upload error

hi i made my own bootskin and would like to publish it, but when i try to submit my skin (after i entered the information - filedirectory, descriptio - and pressed forward) an error occurs. it says that theres a site error: An Error Occurred There was a problem opening this page. Please refresh the page and try again. Whatever you were trying to do, it didn't work out the way you expected. You could always return to the Home Page.

Do you have a cookie blocker/ad blocker or firewall in place? Make sure the settings allow feedback from the site.
