Hot Pink goes Transparent in WB5

Look ma, I can see through my windows!

It's odd. When I'm looking at a window that's got "Hot Pink" in it, it appears fine... Until I click and hold the titlebar to drag it, at which point the "Hot Pink" areas become transparent, and I can see the window behind through.

To demonstrate:

Window displayed as-is

Dragging Window Window being dragged

Note: Resizing doesn't do this.

Would that shade of hot pink be the same as magic pink?

Isn't that the shade WB and DTX use for transparency in bmps?

If it's not 255-0-255, the would the click/dragging possibly cause the window to fluctuate (can't think of a better word) enough that shade then become magic pink?

I'm sorry I don't have answers, I'm just curious - still think about trying WB5, but my wife also uses this computer so I'm waiting on more bug ironing.

That is indeed magic pink (color picker confirmed, 255,0,255) Why it's showing until you drag the window is a mystery.

My point is that it SHOULD be showing, as that's part of the window itself (both in the animated image, and in this progress bar). It should NOT be turning transparent when I drag the window. Is WindowBlinds overstepping it's bounds a little when it comes to making things transparent?

WindowBlinds has always used that particular color for transparent bits .. (not to be confused with the new translucency in WB5). It's just a conflict between the 2 apps...... the 'fault' of neither.

The problem is that this never happened under WB4.x. As the contents of the window aren't meant to be transparent, this is a bug with WB5. WB is changing the contents of the window, and only when dragging, which indicates that something is happening differently when the window is dragged vs. when it's just displayed.
