Computer freezing on bootup

Help please dead in the water

I downloaded the shareware versions of windowsblinds and object dock this morning and installed them.  Everything was running fine until I went to reboot.  Now my computer will never finish booting up and freezes on the desktop before it finishes loading everything.  When I do a shutdown sequence, the programs that are frozen are ccapp.exe, windowsblinds, object dock and explorer.  They give me the "end program" boxes before I can shutdown.  I can get to the task manager, but it won't let me shut down those processes to unfreeze the comp.  I tried to find a phone number for support, but there is not one so I could really use some help here.  Thank you for your time.

Unfortunately the shareware versions of our software are not supported. Norton Antivirus (ccapp.exe) has been known to hang for various reasons. I would suggest manually closing out of programs, one at a time before shutting down to see where your problem lies.  If you are unable to find the source of the problem, you might need to uninstall the software.

Yea, I would recommend to boot into safe mode, then uninstall both WB and OD > reboot. Then try to install WB first > reboot, if everything works install OD and reboot again.
