help me theme problem

help!!

today i downloaded almost 10 windows xp themes from here but i cant open it.
i tried to go in to the "windows xp theme" place that was on the computer from before but it wouldent even show the file how do i yuse them????

btw im from norway so my english sucks...

If they are windowblinds themes you will need this software. https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/downloads.asp

As indicated by NT, you will need the correct software (or softwares) installed on your computer to apply the themes.

In addition to the link provided by NT in comment #1, you can also go to the "Software" tab at top of page for links to the various software available.

Some of the software is free (or has a limited shareware version to try), and any that are not free have full versions for reasonable prices.
