Skins in the WinCustomise Don't work?

I tried to install a Skin from wincustomise I save it and open the zip and click on the .wba file and it does nothing. I am able to change skins under the windows blinds proggie but I like a skin in the wincustomise. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Try right click on it, then choose open with.

Which skin?
Which version of Windowblinds program? Free or Paid?
