I'm thinking of purchasing the Natural Desktop

from WinCustomize Forums
Has anyone got this and have any comments on it? I would glady like to know before I make this purchase. It's only 10 bucks, so not really a lose if I'm not thrilled. But it does seem like a cool idea though.

Also thinking of getting IconPackager, since my trial is running out soon.

Another question, I've heard many horror storys about programs not working when they installed Object Desktop after they have used the shareware of certain programs. Is there anything I need to do in order to have a clean install, like uninstall all the shareware I have? I currently use Windowblinds, CursorXP, Desktop X and IP.....all sharewares. What should I do to insure a clean install???

Install SDC first and foremost. If your worried about installs, first make sure the shareware versions are uninstalled before installing any of the full versions. Then use Stardock Central to install all the new software. Do not use beta versions unless you're ready to do some trouble shooting. I recommend them for advanced users only.

Corky_O has several tutorials on his WC site Link Helpful for whatever portions you install. Your going to be a bit limited with the hardcware you've got but once the addiction takes over you'll upgrade.

Most of all, have fun. There are many-many helpful people here and at #stardock if you have questions or problems.

Thanks for the advice. Sometime in the coming months, I plan on purchasing an up to date desktop, so I will finally be able to enjoy all of the benefits and features in due time.

I installed the WinCustomize browser, but when I enter my account info, my email address keeps coming back invalid. It is the same as your forum email, right? Or is it the email that is signed up for the subscription?
