Dragon: I have NO home phone service or a dial up modem. There might be free ISPs but it would still cost me more than 50 dollars to hookup phone service. DSL is no better at 80 dollars to setup. So thanks anyhow.

My first year on the internet was at the library....

They allow (3) 40 minute sessions per week.

I know they now have DSL in most branches here in Seattle, which is pretty good for public access freebies.

was in my WC browser under the General section, 13th or 14th listing....
