Including Taskbar in menu

Is it possible to include the windows Taskbar in the right click menu? I have the full object desktop suite, so I do have right click. I run several 'notification' type programs in the task bar that after they notify me of information I need to click on them to get more details.

You can run both TaskBar & systray in RC--
Open Right Click-->Menu Editor
task bar & systray both are listed on the left hand side in the box marked Available. You can configure them further or use them "as is"
