Stardock Central crashes when install any App

StarDock Central crashes everytime I try to install any app such as Windowblinds, OD or even Drivescan. I'm using the latest version 2.10.343 (95). I've tried reinstalling and downloading the Stardock setup file again.

Stardock support will not help me for some reason after 3 weeks of waiting for a reply on my support email. Thanks to any of you who can help.

If it helps, I'm using Windows XP Pro, SP2 P4 3ghz, on a Radeon 9800Pro video card with the latest drivers.

We apologize you had not received an email response, though it happened because we had not received your email in the first place. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, you can assume your email was either eaten by the spam filter or lost in transit. (We generally do not have any remaining emails at the end of the work-day) You could try emailing [email protected] from another client (there are many available for free) if you still aren't able to get through.

There is actually a newer version of Stardock Central than you are running: 2.10.344 (95). Please download this and see if it works. Let us know if you have further problems.

SDC/ Tools/ Settings/ Advanced. Make sure 'Download' folder is set to: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\temp and then make sure the folder actually exists.

Actually, playing around w/ Windows Update, found that it hadn't run in awhile, something wrong with the MSXML dll file... re-registered it, ran Windows update, got the latest version of .NET Framework. All is working now!
