All Programs offset problem with some Windowblinds skins

I have this crop up every now and then on a couple of skins. I know there have been mentions of how to fix it, but I can't seem to find them at this moment. Any help would be appreciated. Here is an example of what I am seeing, using Pixtudio's Rusty Rooster.

Open the skin in SkinStudio and adjust the left content margin for StartPanel.MorePrograms
A value of -90 to -110 usually works, but sometimes it takes a little trial and error.
