Upload Glitch?

Shades Add On icons for the misc. icon section has been awaiting moderation for five days. I have a feeling at this point that if it is accepted, it will be on page 10 due to the date. Am I better off re-uploading it?

I got it, SD. No glitch, I just haven't been able to access this site (and many others) for a couple of days. Other moderators may have had a similar problem.
