Where can I get this theme/skin?

Hey guys. I've been looking for this skin for about 2 weeks. Searching through all the skins and everything, but I couldn't find this skin. I've seen this skin before in futureshop (they have the skin installed onto their computers) but i wouldn't want to buy one just to get the theme.

So I was wondering if you guys could help me out and tell me where I could download this?

As you can see, its like the normal windows theme but it has the glossy/gradient/shinny effect. I'd really want to use this, I'm loving it! Thanks in advance.

That looks like the "official" Royale theme from Microsoft.

You can download it from Microsoft.
