black background in flyout menu shortcuts

hi.
ive got a flyout menu with lots o shortcuts. while some of them display the original shirtcut icons with transparent background, couple of them got a black background. so ive got quite some black squares which dont look that pretty.
hope ive described my prob quite clearly.

my mistake.

anyone got a clue how to get the original icons displayed without having their backgrounds turned black ?? any idea what changed the back ground color ??
