Because there was a hurricane
Everyone got on a plane

They headed to the biggest state
To meet another unpleasant fate

Texas became their new home
Until somewhere else they had to roam

I'd like my state to stay intact
And courtesy --- these people lacked

So I don't mind they're leaving now
I wrote my poem...and took a *BOW*
