My sweet daughter was baptised this past Sunday. She wore a family baptismal linen gown that has been in my family for at least 3 generations. Her grandfather, my cousin and I were all baptised in it. She looked beautiful. (I will post pictures when they are uploaded)
Many of our family came to the event. My Aunt and Uncle even drove from Duluth! Jamie and his family were kind enough to take the hour long trip for the event early Sunday. His son Kenny was sooo cute, he wore a tie and gave baby Jayna a kiss!
After the service we gathered at my mother-in -laws for refreshments, and so people could get a chance to pass the baby. She was so good, not fussy, just great.
It was such a special day.
