Windowblinds help

for some reason my windowblinds is not loading on start up. I checked my registry and the "point to" entry is there. Any suggestions?

Did you by any chance set it to the window default skin?
That's the cancel run at startup.

Create a shortcut to "wbload.exe" in your startup folder will force startup.
