System tray Icons!

how can i change the system tray program icons?
like emule, winamp, norton..

these icons when minimized, are configuraded to go to the system tray bar...and so, go to a dock..

i tried to configure them, but...

help me!

You can invoke the change image dialog by holding the "Ctrl" key while clicking the icon image.
