Mp3 File icon changer

Anyone know of a program that acts like IconPackager for MP3 files. It changes the icons of all you Mp3 files and actually shows the bitrate for each icon. I had the program a few years ago but can't find it. I googled like crazy the past couple of days and nada. If you know of it please give me the url.

I'd be interested in hearing how it works for you. I've been using it for years, but finally uninstalled it the other day, because it was way too unreliable.

That is, it showed the wrong bitrate as much as it showed the right one. Seems like it would get stuck on a certain bitrate, and start applying it to all new MP3s, no matter what.

I rebuilt my cache and repaired associations numerous times, to no avail.

Too bad, because I love the program when it works.
