Question about Watch List....

Is there a way to watch a user and not a subscriber? I mean up to now i am only able to add to the watch list users who have a WC Personal Website. Is it possible to add a watch on other users too? Thank you for any response.

only apprentice users and up. ............ i know that cause i've tried watching users who are citizens but i couldn't.

I think you can watch anyone who has a Personal Site,regardeless if he is apprentice or not.

I'm talking about people who don't have sites. I mean people like Nuvem. He is Journeyman,but doesn't have a site cause he is not a Subscriber.
