Boy, I miss those days when plain old legos where seen all the time and now Bionicle and technech is more popular atleast I have my legos and a new tub of legos I ordered off the internet is coming to my house.

I miss Lego too.  I remember when I was a little girl, my brother and I got a big tub of Lego with all different shapes and sizes in them so we could make what we wanted out of them.  One day we made a huge castle with turrets and a bridge, then the next day we took it apart and built some army tanks and trucks.

It seems that these days you can only build what's on the outside of the box.   You can't use your imagination and build whatever you want.

Where did you order your Lego's from on the internet?

I was talking to my brother yesterday about this very topic. About how the whole point of legos is to be creative and make all sorts of stuff out of them. And while you can make things out of the bionicle parts, they tend to be other bionicle things. Wheras the other lego sets you can make just about anything. Buy the plane set and make a boat, car, house, whatever. At least they still make the other kind. Shame they turned technic into bionicle though, made it more of a 'collect them all' thing instead of 'build what you imagine'.

yeah it realy stinks because they tell you what to build and theres no imagination involved
