Some more details would be helpful.

Are you talking about having applied an Icon Package with IconPackager, and then trying to restore the default Windows XP icons?

If so, the normal procedure would be as follows:

1 - Start IconPackager > go to Tools menu > select Restore all Icons > click Yes in the confirmation pop-up box > click the OK button.

2 - Repeat step #1, selecting Rebuild Icon Cache instead of Restore all Icons.

3 - Unload WindowBlinds if loaded.

4 - Right-click an empty spot on the desktop > select Propeties > click the Theme tab > select Windows XP from the Themes drop-down list > click the Apply button.

That should set things back to the default Windows XP theme including all icons. You can then start WindowBlinds and reapply a WB skin if you had one applied.

That is all I have based on current information.
