Does Stardock Support Answer Emails

I'm a paid/registered user of ObjectDesktop and I have emailed stardock support several times and replied with the NO RESPONSE in subject line and I have never received any replies other than the lengthy worthless auto-reply.

Does Stardock ever reply to emails?
Is there something else I can do to get Stardock to reply to my emails?

Frustrated.

what sort of problems you are facing??? As far as my experience with these people is; I have never faced ANY problem and always found them helping and responsive. They always care and do prompt reply.

I have to agree. Maybe it's a glitch.

When I have had problems they have helped. You have to be patient. Not all problems can be easily resolved.

and replied with the NO RESPONSE in subject line

Perhaps that's the problem...... the proper subject line is NOT RESOLVED.

That's what I meant. Sorry.

BTW: The reply to an autoreply or they'll assume your problem is solved thing is kind of a pain.

I haven't received a single reply yet.

Not all problems can be easily resolved.

Don't you think they should at least reply with a "we're looking into it" or "That's normal" or "Could you explain more?" ?????

I've experienced that my self. It's been more the last couple of years. Suppose they are more busy, but still...

I have not received anything but the auto reply to the email I sent about a week ago...but I didn't really ask a question either.

Have you asked your question here? WinCustomites are usually good at answering

Not really. It filters out all the time-wasting requests where it was a DOH! on the users part and they figured it out 2 secs after sending the email.

Imagine how bad the response time would be if the support people had to follow-up every self-evident question from those that refuse to look at the basic instructions?

They have usually resolved any issues within 24 hours for me. If im in a hurry, I've called their phone number. Its not toll free though. They have resolved slight glitches for me over the phone.

Hi,

Technical Support does thier best to answer all emails, phone calls and message forums posts. If your message did not receive a response, chances are it was lost in the wonderful void of the internet, the question was answered in the auto-responder, or the spam filter may have for some reason, eaten it. Please bear with us.

After all, there is only 1 person who works in the tech support department, and it's me. Between emails, the forums and phone calls, it is not a very easy job some days to stay on top of.
