I was just wondering how to the skins and icons get rated. is it automated or to pleople rate them?

How would an automated rating system work? Can't just use # of downloads..what if you download it and it's crap?

All work submited here at WC is rated by users with a class level of Apprentice or above, or a user level of 3 or above.

Every skin is given an initial rating by a Moderator when its uploaded ..further ratings are done by the WC Community .....

Every skin is given an initial rating by a Moderator when its uploaded ..

Unless the uploader is a Journeyman or above...... those skins are auto approved with an auto rating of 6.
