Can't completely uninstall any stardock programs

Especially Object Desktop

Could you be a bit more specific?

Coming from a blind alley here, and assuming you have Object Desktop based on the sub-title, I would say you could try:

Reinstall Stardock Central > reboot > reinstall all programs you are referring to > reboot > use Stardock Central to uninstall all programs listed as installed > reboot > finally, use Control Panel\Add or Remove Programs to uninstall Stardock Central.

If you are looking to remove all trace, select the "Custom" option during uninstall procedure for Stardock Central > click the "Select All" button on each screen > select "Yes to all" button during uninstall process to remove all shared files > reboot computer.

Remove any Stardock, Object Desktop, and SDCentral folders from the following folders after uninstalling:

- \Program Files
- \Program Files\Common Files
- \Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Start Menu\Programs
- \Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data
- \Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp

This should remove all files with the exception of registry keys, which is not recommended unless you are experienced in working with the registry - and which really should not effect the running of your computer.
