Windows "Open" action missing

After using this program all night and messing with it I found out that everytime i go to open a drive or folder from My Computer, it just opens Windows Search utility. Somehow all of my "open" actions under "folder options > file types" for my HD's and folders were removed. I can recreate it by telling it to open those file types with explorer.exe but it won't let me open in same window and I just don't think I'm doing it 100% correctly.

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.Edit: didn't realize i didn't say the program, but it's icon packager. Also using Window Blinds but I don't think it caused the problem.

Start/ Run : regsvr32.exe /u "c:\program files\stardock\object desktop\iconpackager\iprepair.dll"

If you don't have that folder path, then insert the path to that file.

This exact symptom also happened in the distant days of ObjectZip - a beta of which clobbered the default windows 'folder' class.

I have a registry fix to reinstate it if Yrag's suggestion doesn't work (not likely, but...)

Thanks for the suggestions and help, I was able to locate the reg keys that were messed up and exported good copies of them from my dad's computer. Seems to be running fine now.
