Unsupported Machine for StyleVista Beta

I get an error message "It appears you do not have the DWM running on your machine. To use this application your machine must be running the DWM"; then the install closes. What is DWM?

No, I was trying the StyleVista beta download from Stardock. Do you know what DWM is?
