Help Editing Buttons

I am using desktopx professional and was wondering if it possable to edit the buttons on themes that i have downloaded from the wincustomize site. If it is possable could some please advise me on what to do.

Use the DesktopX Builder (located in the same folder as you installed DesktopX).
