control center not included

Is ControlCenter not included in the object desktop subscription? I've been wondering that for awhile now. Submit info back to me, so I will know.

If you bought ObjectDesktop...yes...it should be there! I have it in mine.

I've checked through 3 times and didn't see it. I went to the show/hide applications to make sure it there was a check mark by it, and it's set to show the program. I've even clicked on check for application updates, and after it downloaded that, it still was not there. Maybe some error exists, I don't know.

You know, speaking of this Drivescan is no longer showing up in my listing for whatever reason.

I made a list of the show/hide applications list, and compare it to what is in the list on the main window. the star means that it's on the main window. also, as a note, pre-release version checkbox is checked.

wonder if they took it out?

on the bright side for me... i actually ran it, right clicked and chose retrieve windows & and webroot spysweeper popped up! hadn't been able to find that booger for over a year. - i could get it to run but the main window never showed.

guess you're gonna have to wait for an official reply - could contact [email protected]

I believe it's been replaced by Stardock Virtual Desktops (last update May 2005)
Oh and I also show it and Drivescan in my list as well. Didn't try the links to find out if they worked though.

FWIW, I can still see DriveScan and ControlCenter in SDC.

The Stardock Virtual Desktops can't really replace CC, they were once included with it but have been separated now IIRC.

I seem to recall Brad saying that CC would be rolled into OB2 eventually......... not sure.
