login errors after installing objectbar and desktop x

hey im having login errors after installing objectbar and desktop x, my welcome/login screen for windows xp is gone and this error pops up about 20 times before you can login, it says Error on line### cant remember the number,and you have to click it about 20 times before it logs you in, it also wont let me use system restore but there is no login screen after rebooting please help!! would it be outdated programs from stardock,desktop x ? objectbar, plz help thanks
