Smart buttons - where?

I have just installed 4.5.1 - the Help (& the WB website sales guff) refer to Smart buttons.

The "Smart buttons" menu item is nowhere to be seen on the main configuration panel - am I missing something?

Any info greatly appreciated!

Don't know why it's not there. You can find info on them in the SkinStudio help - online tute
Some Blinds have them, some don't.
That's it, I'm tapped.
