Turning wb off

Is there a way to turn Windowblinds off, so that it doesn't load at startup? In my never ending quest to avoid doing work,
I switch between Windowblinds and StyleXP. But when I unload Windowblinds and later restart, Windowblinds automatically
starts, even when I turn it off in my startup manager.

In the WB config screen, set to the default windows classic, apply, then unload WB. Go to the display properties screen and set that to Windows Classic also. It won't load when you reboot.
