Aquarium Desktop

I recently purchased the Aquarium Desktop, but it is unusable with a multi monitor setup.
CPU usage remains at about 70-80% whether the fish are visible or not, whether windows are maximized infront or not.

If there is an option for fish shadows, try turning that off?

Unfortunately DesktopX performance is very dependant on good graphics card and driver support. If you have the latest and it's still taking large amounts of CPU, well . . . there's not all that much you can do. I'm not sure why it would be so slow when your fish aren't visible, though.

No option for shadow.
Latest drivers improved CPU usages slightly, but not enough to make it usuable.
Shame. It was a nice product too.

Unfortunately I had to deal with someone in support who didn't know what the Windows Task Manager does, but despite that Stardock have finally refunded. Thanks.
