This program has caused itself and all other programs to no longer perform properly. The support center will get back to me with in 48 hours but I need to use my computer now. We just got this computer 2months ago. It is brand new and now it is usless. I can log on to the internet and go to stardock.com. I have manythings to be doing but because of this I can't do any of them. If you have anysuggestions please help.

Seems this thread has gone way off topic.

Darlene: I had similar teething problems with ObjectDesktop, but through a process of uninstalling the whole thing and reinstalling the components one at a time via Stardock Central, I found everything to work ok and have never regretted my purchase.

If you use the link yrag provided to uninstall everything, then reload and test each component individually, you'll most likely resolve the issue and, like me, thoroughly enjoy the wonderful enhancement experiences it provides. There was a problem with IconPackager, and DesktopX, I think, but that has been resolved with updates and everything should run just fine with a fresh installation. BTW: I'm just a user, not a techie, but it worked for me.

Back off topic...I taught my wife everything I know and still she knows not much about computers. Didn't have much in my data banks to divulge.....but I know alot more now than I did...given the many errors and misconceptions she corrected for me

Had my #@<#@!!?!*%&$^^!!! dial-up accelator at max graphic so's as to not slow down my %#@$ *&^#$^%$# SP2 download too much.

wouldn't have got one... I liked it... just, due to my SP2 download by the time the page came up you were already done amusing yourself.

In a way, I'm kinda glad I missed the post by post part of that
