Taskbar problems with IM

Instant Messenger notification

Hi guys!

I have a little problem with my taskbar. It works really well, but my instant messenger icons do not notificate me when a new message arrives. I want them to blink when I receive a message.

Please help!

Which IM are you using? Are you using the Windows taskbar (with or without WinodwBlinds?), or something else, such as the ObjectDock running tasks, or a DesktopX taskbar, etc.?
