Lighttek Software has released Talisman Desktop 2.9. Talisman is a program that replaces the Windows shell (explorer.exe).  Users can then apply Talisman themes that are far more flexible than what is capable on Explorer.

- New Theme Manager.
- Automatic installation of downloaded themes.
- New templates for creating your own themes.
- New Calculator object.
- Support of audio playlists.
- New functions for List and Calendar objects.
- Many other new functions and commands.

hmm... Might have to have a look. I played around with it a couple of years ago. Interesting to see how it's like now.

The link is fickle. It took a few attempts to get it down. Now I'll see if the effort was worth it.
