You couldn't tell it had been years since they'd played a live gig together. Theirs was the only entire set that was carried live to my knowledge.

The Who sounded damn good as well.

They don't make music like that anymore.

Actually, the title is simply One of These Days -- the rest is spoken during the song, though.

It was an awesome experience for someone like me who has liked the Floyd for much of his life, but never seen them in concert (at least with Roger). They were really enjoying themselves as well. I'm hopeful they might get together to make one more album, but I doubt it.
Very grateful that they showed nearly their whole concert on TV. Though they missed them all hugging at the end (seen a picture of it).
Real classy band.
Also had wished they could have played "The Tide is Turning (after Live Aid)" since it fits so well even if it is just a Roger Waters song.

I always thought they lost something vital when Waters left - still making music sounding good but without a "soul".

Sleeping Dragon: That is a song that is part of a whole story. You could also quote the part where he has turn "nazi" and they put jews "up against the wall".

I'm aware, juni. I love Floyd. That was initiated by filling in just the lyrics to the next line of Tarkus' post. I just wanted to say that lyrics taken out of the context of the whole can be very negative.
