Tabbed Docks don't Give Me Options

I like to use magnification and the bounce effect on my docks. Until now I wasn't using the tabbed docks. Today it occurred to me that I could have my taskbar and systray on seperate tabs. So I created a new tab bar and moved all my icons onto the first tab, and added the systray and taskbar tabs.

Now I would just like to be able to change the magnification for the icons and add the bounce effect. Is it possible to do this on tabbed docks?

If there isn't, is there a way around the limitation?

But seriously, that's dissapointing. I would really like a dock like the one in OSX but I want my taskbar and systray on seperate tabs(same dock).

Stardock really needs to add this feature to their next release of OD+.
