Misuse of Technology
My name is Tracy James Givens and I would like to address the desperate need to investigate the misuse of surveillance technology available to all most anyone these days, but especially the growing number of complaints directed at the Department of Justice and other Government agencies. Some thing must be done here folks as it is already out of hand and none of you seem to be able to get control of it again.
I would also like to address the need for very strict and well defined laws and stiff penalties to be enacted across the United States in regards to electronic weapons or devices being used on the average citizen. I my self-feel those that are caught and convicted of attacking a person with electronics designed to injure or kill a living organism or human being should in fact receive the death sentence. I do realize not all share my desire here, so life with out parole would suffice in this case.
Not being in your shoes so to speak I realize that it is easier said then done at times, but I must say I have not seen any evidence that those in power and authority like your self's are even discussing this matter, let alone have you decided on a course of action against it. Lack of action in this matter will only lead to more victims.
Some of this technology has the ability to effect a person in a most disturbing way and can even kill a person when used recklessly and / or for prolonged periods against an individual such as my self.
You see I have become a victim of technology and for no other reason then, I got a divorce and someone told a lie about me which allows them to stalk me, slander me, and attack me with electronic weapons and or devices right in my own home and every where I go. There seems to be very little I can do about this short of taking matters into my own hands and this seems to be a growing concern for targets of this technology, as for us, it is a life or death situation and not much different then being in battle and dodging bullets except we are taking hits and can not hit back legally. We need your help in this.
I was raised to believe in our constitutional rights to be free, and to obey the laws of not only the constitution but the laws of humanity as well. I was raised to trust that those in power and authority would protect us when we can not protect ourselves. And then I am left to fend for myself' against over whelming odds and technology that does not have any business on the streets to begin with. And I look to you for answers and help in ending this struggle as I can not end it alone.
