WindowBlinds skins...HELP!

How come when I download a skin how come the background does not show up?

Most WB skins don't include the wallpaper. The author will normally mention it in the description if the wall is part of the package.

There could be two reasons for that:

1) The wallpaper (background) isnt included.
2) you have the option turned off in the windowblinds configuration
(doubleclick systemtray icon -> click 'basic settings' and make sure 'apply any wallpaper supplied' is checked)
