How do u put in a new cursor

I've tried all possible reasoning even changing the file to .cur before dl but it wont work plz help

Download and install program, then you should be able to download CursorXP themes from the library.

I have found that if I use the "Save as type" selection box at bottom of the Save as dialog box and select "All files", the original file extension is used and kept for download.

After downloading theme, make sure it is a ".CurXPTheme" extension > place file in "C:\Program Files\CursorXP\Themes" folder (where "C" is the letter drive) > start "Configure CursorXP" from Start Menu > clear "Disable all" check box if selected > select your theme from drop-down list > click "Apply".

That should do it.
