Ummm how do you put in a new screen saver

I know I sound like a total newb when I say this but when I dl a new screen saver where do i put it?

If it is a .scr and your OS is WindowsXP, move it to WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. Pre XP I think .scr goes in Windows. If it is
a .exe double click and it will install.
