Problem downloading suites

ObjectZip says no application associated with file....

Solutions, please.

Thememanager is installed and appears to be working properly, but when downloading suite files via my browser, I get this message:

No application is associated with the specified file for this operation.
File=\ObjectZipShellFldr.cpp. Line=321

Could someone please offer a solution, thanks you

Are you downloading directly into ThemeManager? Could it be possible the file your downloading is in the .zip format instead of the proper filename for suites? Did you try downloading in your documents folder to check it out?
