Custom Widgets?

Ok, I'm new to this whole thing and am looking to build or find some custom widgets:

CPU Temperature
Fan Speed
Drive Speed
Throughput speed on My network cable
List of IP's currently connected to My computer.

Any ideas or comments would be very welcome.
