Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Sometimes It Just Doesn't Pay to Get Out of Bed

Ok, now this just ain't right! Not only do I have to sit around doing nothing thanks to the injuries I incurred in the car wreck, and the lack of income that goes with not having worked in nearly 5 months for the same reason, but now my damned TV is going out on me. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Ok, not exactly a catastrophe, or even a major emergency. But Damn! It's not like I exactly have a lot to do other than sit here and watch the boob tube right now. The fates are sooooo cruel.

If I ever find that bastard Murphy, he's dead meat.

Yep, Florida. And yep, Murphys sucks. No, TV is going down fast. Sound still works though so kinda like listening to radio dramas.

You are going to have to stand in line.

And I had to do that one time (no picture, just sound), and that really sucked.  TV ASSUMES you can see, so they leave out a lot of the extra talk.  Try listening to a sports game on the radio while watching the game, and then turn on the audio of the TV.  I prefer the radio cause the talking heads dont!

That sucks Mason! I hate when that happens. So far we had to replace one television and now my son's conked out too. I'm perusing the pawnshops too!

Yeah I would imagine a lot of folks are gunning for him.

Sorry to hear that. Perhaps it's a plot. The manufacturers have remote switches that causes massive tv failures whenever they need to boost sales?

I hope you find a good deal on one if it gives out on you!

I bought my TV just under four years ago. I bought the service agreement because the guy just wouldn't shut up. I was going to go back and get a refund and didn't. My TV is shutting off for no reason now. I have just a month to spare on the warranty I didn't want. Yippie.

Murphy is gonna make me pay for that one. I just know it.

You are the rare exeption.  I use to work in Retail, and those extended warranties are pure gold!  The profit margin on them is obscene!

I wonder, how many new TVs could you have purchased for the price of that warranty? In my experience things usually break a month after the warranty expires. Coincidence? I think not.
