As far as the cut-and-paste article text, cut out the IFRAME tag and all the TABLE tags (anything beginning with <T).

I think that'll do it.

Of course it's not plagiarism. Plagiarism is when you try to pass it off as your own work. Reposting articles without permission is something different, but still something that there have been lawsuits over. "Citing your sources" would have been if you had talked about or summarized the article, and linked to it.
