Need help with LOGON STUDIO

Can't get logons to load...

When I hit the apply button on LOGON STUDIO it takes me automatically to the login screen but my screen never changes no matter how many times I try it. What am I doing wrong? I am running XP Professional SP2. Hope you can help me!!

I believe you must have "Use the Welcome screen", AND "Use Fast User Switching" enabled for this to work.
