Im having the most amazing experiences lately. Ones that in the past I have only encountered when I have been on E.

Wanna know the secret?

Get up early and go to a special spot, which for me is on the beach, and meditate.

Expand your consciousness to the outer reaches of the Universe and feel connected to every molecule, then see yourself as the embodiement of the Universe, see everything you just saw and see it within your body. Bring your awareness back and open your eyes and see how everything looks different!

Thank the Earth for letting you walk another day on Her.

Then notice how your day pans out. Everything will be alive. Everything will look different.

All this and without the downer of an E.

Sleepin' so sweetly. You are on a path to enlightenment, it starts as does every path with persistent stepping. Collect a grain of sand each time and keep it in a glass bottle when it is full you will be able to take the next step. I do remember to fondly how a dear friend who was suffering from depression built rebuilt here entire life with such excursion into nature, and specifically the beach. She would gather shell each time and well that is here story. You seem to have found the one place that grants so much peace and grants you physical power to be calm and the way that some of the Mystic do practice there are rewards beyond one's greatest imaginings. So often I have stopped short of these pathways, and then regretted not going. Winter is upon us, but we have great views so I shall have to do my wandering in the quietness of my roof, till the sun grants a window of opportunity......aha, I'm finished yakking....good post...I would give you a insighful but cannot see the ...ah there it is...let me do this.... Peace - it does not seem to be working....*insightful*
