downloads not downloading

from Stardock Forums
Every time I try to download it always doesn't show up on
GalCiv and when I try to open it,it sends an error report
and when I save it,it does nothing until I go and activate it.Witch I don't know how!!!Any one please HELP!!!!!!

Is that via Stardock?

My Stardock Central (SDC) crashes when attempting to update itself. To get around this I cancel the Stardock update and use the older installed version. You have to do cancel it before it crashes itself.

After this I am able to use SDC to download the GC and AP updates.

It has only occured since I have been using mozilla as my default browser.
